No photo ID - No chance!

    With hindsight, and an existing Virgin account, I think I dodged a bullet.
    The Chase verification goes significantly beyond what is possible with electronic verification as they require you to provide a photo ID as well as a photo of yourself. It's many of the other banks who don't embrace modern technology, not Chase.
