I am new to this but from what I have read from previous notes, NatWest could take another 10 days plus before they look at the documents, is this correct?

The solicitor has already ordered searches as they have accessed this particular new build before, do you think I should ask them to hold fire?
On my reservation form for the property it states in order for the developer to pay the stamp duty I need to have exchanged or completed by the 12th Aug.
Any tips please?

We recently got a mortgage offer with NatWest as we’re remortgaging through a broker. Application went in on the 16th June and we got the offer on the 5th July. No requests for further documents.2
