MP Complaints

I recently complained to my MP and stated, as I am sure I read within the last 2 weeks, that they have a portal direct with members of the IPC. I have convinced myself I saw this on here but now cannot find it anywhere and they're asking me about it!

This is all I ca seem to find when searching now.

Did they open it and close it? If not, where Can I find a link for it please.

That seems to be the only reference to it, maybe it never go off the ground.  If that is all you have, you will have to point them to that article.

There's still reference to it in the latest IPC Code of Practice on pages 39 and 40.

That was it! Many thanks, will pass that on.

So they provide a portal aa a route to much swifter fob-offs than ever, telling MPs all the rhetoric the IPC wants an MP to read. Perfect. That'll drive up standards...

It's actually quite clever, as it just enables the IPC to sweep dirt under the carpet.

This funnels MPs to deal with the IPC (champions of making their consumer-blame culture almost sound plausible) rather than complaining to the loose cannons at Idiot-Thug-ex-ClampersRUs.

Why are consumers not provided with an easier route to complain?  It is practically impossible to complain to the IPC, in my experience.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I disagree. It's easy to complain to he IPC. I did it about eight times.
It's getting them to actually do anything that's the hard part. Each time they forwarded the complaint to the PPC (who did nothing) and then marked the complaint as closed.
