Hard Search and Technical Issue

hi
so applied for finance online and it got aproved but then the stupid company has had technical issues and is wont let me login or sign agreement so they just saying they cant do anything and I need to re apply. However it will be two hard searches in 24 hours on my credit file!! Is there any way around this or do I need to just re apply and hope it does not decline?

Have you requested that they remove a secondary hard search?I had 2 x hard searches appear (7 days apart) for a personal loan and it didn’t really affect me, still got a credit card after.If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
