Flight cancellation

Booked a package holiday with Blue Sea Holidays - Outbound flight Wizzair cancelled after check in due to pilot being ill, no alternate flights available with Wizzair for the whole week, so made a separate booking with easy jet ( arrived 12 hours later than original time and from a different airport ) but finished holiday. Wizzair say flights booked through travel agent so won’t talk to me, online claim form could not be completed for the same reason, Blue sea holidays will not apply for refund/ compensation on my behalf as they say it’s between the customer and the airline. Travel insurance say it’s the Airline’s liability. Any advice on how to proceed please ?

Responsibility for rerouting and compensation after a flight cancellation rests with the operating carrier, so Wizzair need to deal with this rather than the package provider, agent or your insurer.0
