Hello there.
I have a notice account expiring on 19/08/22.
How are peoples experiences with the withdrawal back to Raisin? I’ve read 3 working days max quoted.
Investec to Meteor up to one day & another to Raisin?

I may reinvest. If not - how quick does it tend to take from Raisin to current account?
I’ve seen some old posts about the deposit disappearing from the UI whilst it’s between partner bank & Raisin - has this now stopped.
thanks Rexx 🙏

I'm almost a month ahead of you, Rexxx, and am waiting to get my money back. They've quoted up to two working days (which means four days total) to get the money from Investec to Raisin. I have to either check every day, or wait until the end, as they won't notify me when it arrives. Then I have the same processing period to get the money from Raisin to my own account. All of this is interest free. And this is on top of a '32 day' notice period, which was actually 34 days - because they don't work weekends. Raisin have been terrible throughout - every month of the last six, they have failed to add my interest automatically, and I've had to call them to do this manually. Nothing whatsoever would convince me to keep my cash with Raisin, or to deposit with them ever again - the single worst financial institution I've dealt with in well over a decade.0

The cash has to flow thru 2-5 middlemen before it gets to you, for deposit or withdrawal. That is why it can take so long.

Very interested in the reply from enevel. Good information to be aware of, having just opened an account with Raisin but not as yet committed my full funds. Now has me thinking twice, as with such a long period of time waiting for funds to return WITHOUT interest, this takes away a lot of the benefits of the additional cashback offers. Perhaps may be better to opt for a more straight forward home for my savings?

FWIW, I had a fixed term account with QIB through Raisin, listed to mature on Monday 22nd August; the money was credited to my current account by the end of Tuesday 23rd.
"the deposit disappearing from the UI whilst it’s between partner bank & Raisin - has this now stopped" - yes, that did happen at one point (I can't remember how long for).0 -
I'm in the same boat now. Money matured yesterday, now it has disappeared. I'm sure I'll get it eventually but it is worrying not knowing where it is or when I'm going to get it. Will not be using raisin again.0

Surely it's in your Raisin holding account together with your interest.0

It usually takes a day to show in your holding account. Don't panic!!
Once in your holding account you can withdraw it, which is now a faster payment and pretty instant.
Have you looked at your list of transactions? You should see the maturity and interest there.Zopa_Trooper said:I'm in the same boat now. Money matured yesterday, now it has disappeared. How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)0 -
Nothing showing in Raisin now. Nothing at all.0

Cash arrived today, no problems withdrawing it, instant. Phew!0
