Natwest Child Trust Fund Problems

Hi.
Has anyone's child who is now over 18 managed to withdraw their trust fund money? If so, how?
My 18 Yr old son has spoken with them on the phone, tried numerous times on the online portal and nothing happens. The portal works intermittently but won't send a text to confirm ID (even though this is the only option). The address registered is 10 years out of date even though it has been updated by us. The amount of money in the account is decreasing since he first tried to get it.
If anyone else has managed to get to the money, can you please let me know 🤔 ❓
Thank you 😊

It’s becoming a familiar story https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6372428/natwest-ctf-matures-child-18-withdrawing-funds-problems#latest
I think there are others.
I would contact your MP, NatWest seem completely un prepared to the maturity of these accounts, it should not be a surprise to them.1 -
It is time for your son to make a formal complaint.
