Together Energy - Overdue payment email - no final bill
Hi,
I am a British Gas customer who was recently transferred over to them when Together Energy went in administration.
I have just received an email from Together Energy (in Administration) demanding an overdue payment of £741.63 with 7 days or referral to an external debt collector.
I was aware that I had debt to them following billing errors on my account that I had to take to the Ombudsman and had an arrangement with TG to pay this back alongside my normal energy bill every month by Direct Debit.
I have not received a final bill from Together Energy and have no way of checking the final amount is correct.
There is no contact number / details on the TG website or on the email.
Does anyone have any suggestions about what to do next as I want to have the final bill before paying anything ?

Send a "prove it" letter to TE Administrators. Do not pay anything claimed without a detailed final bill that you can agree in terms of meter reads ,amounts paid by DD ,dates etc . The dates and final meter read should agree with opening reads with BG.1
