ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/winwebsites (“Website”) on Tuesday 19 July 2022.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Tuesday 9 August 2022.

Winner selection & contact: 

• The draw will take place within forty-eight (48) hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
• The prize is time sensitive and the winner will be contacted on or after the close date and will be called in accordance with Clause 5.3 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

How to enter & cost of entry:

• You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize: 

There is one (1) prize of two (2) vouchers worth £200 (two hundred pounds) each to spend online at https://www.jonrichard.com/jewellery-c166/simply-silver-m6against the Simply Silver Collection only, for the winner and one (1) companion (“Vouchers”).

The prize provider will contact the winner to take the winner’s and their companion’s order (each an “Order”). Please note that each Order cannot not be over £200 (two hundred pounds). If an Order is less that £200 (two hundred pounds), the prize provider will only offer credit up to £10 (ten pounds) each (“Credit”). The winner and/or their companion will need to register an account on www.jonrichard.com (“Account”) and the Prize provider will add the Credit to their Account to spend on any product online (subject to availability). Any remaining amount will be forfeited. The value of any monetary balance of the Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The prize is non-transferable. The Vouchers must be redeemed by 31 December 2022.

This Prize also includes standard delivery of the Orders to the winner’s home address and the winner’s companion address however please note that delivery of the prize may be subject to delay due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation.
