The fleet manager is going to send the SAR via email to dpo@groupnexus.co.uk using a generic "officemanger@" email address. Is there any specific wording that should be used to avoid incriminating anyone?0 -
There's a link to a LegalBeagles forum SAR template in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, second post. Best to omit the sentence that asks them if there is any more information they require from you - it gives them the opportunity to delay matters. Don't forget to send a copy of the V5C (logbook) and something confirming the keeper's address.DonningVonKruger said:Hi,

Thanks @Umkomaas - just a quick query. The template states "please provide the data about me", but this is a company name. Can you request SAR for a company or is just personal info?
