Possible BG monthly statement?

Just received what appears to be a monthly statement for electricity (mid June to mid July) from BG.  Can it be that they have finally overhauled their creaking billing systems?

I wouldn't count on it until you get one next month as well - it could be a one off!

    Indeed...

I'll be hanging on to my spreadsheet for a bit longer.

I'd hang onto your spreadsheet anyway - BG (and the other energy companies) are known to get things wrong!

When I was with BG, May 2008 to Jan 20018 they weren't too bad but I used to be out a lot and always built up a large credit. So much so that one year they questioned my usage for both gas and electric because my yearly usage was just 475 kWh for electric and just over 480 kWh for gas. They said the meters must be faulty and wanted to charge me for testing them, this was after my first year of paying bills on my own. I knew the meters weren't faulty as I was out the majority of the time so I used little electric and gas, the electric was basically keeping the fridge and freezer working plus the shower and the gas was using minimal between 8 and 12 kWh per week.
I told BG they could check them but I wasn't paying them a penny as it was at their request that they suspected the meters were faulty not mine.
Someone please tell me what money is
