Returned meter readings mail failure
I can log into my SSE account but cannot send a meter reading - I have submitted readings but received 'unauthenticated email' return messages - I have bill ammount for electricity and the gas usage says UNAVAILABLE - I have updated my password but nothing has changed - I have not been requested to set up a new account for OVO - Any advice would be welcome.

Not changed providers - phoned but only get automated responses no one to speak to.
