What is the process if you haven't paid the fees after receiving a payday reclaim ?
I received the claim money direct from the payday company but since then something came out of my account putting me overdrawn so I still have to pay the fees to the reclaim company ?

If you haven't paid them, then you need to pay them.
Cheaper to pay now before they add other fees on.0 -
If you were unfortunate enough to agree to pay to use a claims firm for the free of charge complaints process then you owe them their fee. Expensive mistake to make. Please ensure you get in writing that they cannot act for you on anything else or you will find they start sending off claims for marriage allowance, tax refunds etc and leeching more of your money0
