Wow & not so wow

:j WOW - The Vera Wang Princess goodies I won on Thursday arrived today & it's totally amazing, I was going to give it as a Christmas present but I'm keeping it for me as it's so lovely :j :beer: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not so WOW - I got a letter today from a PR company about the Baby Geomag kit I won saying out of stock so would be sending a normal Geomag set. The Baby Geomag set is for age 9 month + (my youngest is 16 month) & the normal stuff is age 6 years + (I do have an 8 year old BUT I have already won her a decent prize for Christmas so wanted to give this to my youngest). There is a number on the letter so I was going to give them a ring to see if they have something suitable for my youngest, do you think this is being cheeky

Congrats on both wins! I wouldn't call it cheeky at all! You were after something for your youngest & the alternative they offered is in the wrong age range. If you are really nice on the phone & explain the situation then I'm sure the person on the other end of the phone will try to help you as best they can
