Another suggestion is quinoa - look for it in a health food shop. A colleague swears by it for feeding her daughters who have some health issues: it's highly nutritious even in very small quanitities. I think you mix it in with things, but not sure.
However, I do think it would be worth asking for a referral to a dietician a) to make sure your son isn't underweight and b) to get advice on what's good for him to eat when he doesn't want a lot.Signature removed for peace of mind0
