Hi all,
I am looking for advice. Around 2020 I was given 2 parking fines in the same spot which I contested due to having permission to park there. In 2021 I went through the proccess of giving my defence statement as one of the fines was set to go to court. I have now found out the CCJ has been applied back in November! This does not seem fair I was never given a date or a time. How can I amend this? I haven't been told what court it is either. Any advice?
The other parking fine is now going to my local court. Which is set for October thankfully they have informed me this time so I can be present.

Post on the parking forum for advice. If they had your address it seems odd that the paperwork was never received
