Is anyone else having trouble with Paypal? All of a sudden I need to have extended use and iv bought stuff today I cant pay for!
Im !!!!!! off with Paypal they always want more checks and double checks and checks to make sure the last check was okay:mad:
Im begining to hate Ebay big time!

You can't blame Paypal for being over cautious because there is so many scammers out there. If it's going to reduce charge backs and pain for sellers then its in the best interest of everyone.0

The problem is that it doesn't reduce chargebacks.
Any new buyer can set up a paypal account and do a credit card chargeback straight away.
It's about time paypal were investigated by the OFT for price fixing.0
