Indoor smart meter monitor query

I'm with British Gas. They insist that they supplied an indoor smart meter monitor to me in 2016. In between I have swapped suppliers and am back with BG now but have no idea where this monitor is (I cannot recall ever having received one either).
Anyway they insist I can't have one from them so can anyone suggest a reasonably priced model I can buy myself that will be compatible with BG and how easy they are to set up please? I live in a house and my meters are external in their own cabinets.
Many thanks.

I could not beleive BG would not sell you one, but it seems not, after 12 months.
Best bet would be eBay (there are several showing) but I can't help with pairing.
You may also want to look at Loop (https://loop.homes/) who claim to do the same thing, or better, with a phone app. I have not used them, and this is NOT an endorsement, but maybe others have?0 -
https://shop.glowmarkt.com/products/display-and-cad-combined-for-smart-meter-customers - But... You need to know if you have a SMETS1 or SMETS2 compatible meter. In either case, you can not just buy an IHD from somewhere like ebay and expect it to work. These things need to be "paired" with the meter, which only an authorised supplier/installer can do.If you purchase an IHD from Glow, they can do the pairing on your behalf as they are a designated supplier.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –
