I've read about it happening several times - and now it's happened to me. I ordered an 'Amazon Warehouse' battery for my drone on the Prime day promo which gave twenty percent off all Warehouse items. It came out at about £140 instead of the usual £175. When it was delivered tonight, I checked the seal, and it was intact. On opening the box a couple of brown seeds fell out, and then I could see toilet tissue. On removing the toilet tissue I found a box of some kind of brown seeds. I contacted Amazon - and offered to send them photos (and the CCTV of me opening the box) - and they instead offered an instant refund. So although I haven't got the item I wanted at the promo price offered - I'm not stuck with a box of seeds that I didn't ask for. Someone somewhere has switched the contents, and gained a refund. I hope their drone drowns in a lake.
