After selling the car, can I still claim the repair expenses through court? Would it be a valid claim.0 -
Or you could sell it and claim the loss of value caused by the fault(s). (i.e. the difference between what you paid and what you sold it for - as long as you don't sell it at "mate's rates").Jenni x0
