Suppressed Billing - Tarif Issue

Hello,

Advice please…

Having been with ESB energy for electricity and gas, they were recently taken over by So Energy.

In December 2021 I signed up for a 12 month fixed tariff deal and continued with my monthly direct debit payments.

Initially I received billing/statements from So, but since April I have not received any bills despite submitting meter readings.

Having raised a query with So energy, I have been informed the reason why no bills are being sent is due to suppressed billing/tariff issues.

Does anyone know what this means? And why billing has stopped?

I feel like the energy company are up to no good.

Many thanks, Chris
