Shell Existing Customer Fixed Deals

Does anyone know if Shell are offering existing customer fixed deals? I've been trying to keep a look out for my elderly grandfather as they're his supplier, I've been able to fix with Eon before the latest announcement thank God but I'm worried about him and how he's going to manage because they seem to be one of the few suppliers not offering anything for existing customers

I have started my switch away from Shell because they are not offering any other tariff except Flexible 7 which is variable. It’s cheaper now but won’t be come October.0

Not sure how useful it may be but Shell do have a way to be notified if they start offering fixed tariffs:
