    So there would be no estimation of the half-hour usage, and hence no use of the calculated and capped Agile rates, just a switch to the standard variable tariff for the period of the missing data.
    Fortunately it doesn't happen often, but it has happened to a few people who have mentioned this on forums...

    Yes that profile 1 is what I was referring to, its shown when agreeing to the t&c's so its basically a temporary fallback for when the meter readings fail.  It shows how a typical 24h usage pattern is for their most common customer usage patterns (with a lot of it during evening peak).

    So incoming just had a price hike to 55ppkw max, how are people feeling about this?
    I'm currntlybon Outoing agile and incoming standard variable. I as looking to switch to incoming agile for the standing charge but now I'll stick until October and see what happens.
