Residential park homes

Would my son of 26 who has a disibility be able to live with us in a residential park home for over 40s?

There appear to only be a few parks that accept younger adults in Surrey.

Would there be any exceptions?

Many thanks

IME, you'd need to ask the owners/management of the  individual parks.

Agree with Olga, you will have to ask the park owner. Many parks only want retired/semi retired singles/couples and will not accept even adult children if they are below the minimum age limit.
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

Or read the contract or Terms & Condiions for the Park - they must be specified somewhere!
If you then don't fully understand, quote the relevant bit(s) here and we can advise.
