LINE COMPETITION:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “KISS and We Are FSTVL 2022'' online Competition (the “Competition”).

These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

Entrants are invited to go online to answer the question and enter their details. 
Ten winners will then be selected from all the entrants who answered correctly via an electronic random draw.

The winners must satisfy the Terms and Conditions, otherwise their entry will become invalid and new winners will be selected.

The winners will be chosen by electronic random draw from Wednesday 20th July 2022 and contacted by KISS and/or We Are FSTVL and be told how to retrieve their prize.

 

2. ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS

3. DATES

Start Date and End Date.

From 12:00 (midday) on Thursday 14th July to Tuesday 19th July at 23:59 2022 (End Date)

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry

Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.

5. THE PRIZE

- 10 pairs of VIP Weekend tickets to We Are FSTVL 2022 with coach travel only (from selected locations below, subject to availability)

Please note this is a non-camping festival.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

It is the responsibility of the winners to make the coach travel transport to and from the festival.

You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

MISCELLANEOUS

Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

One entry per person

If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.

We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

You are responsible for all costs of entry.

You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control
