Vacant Posession But No Utility or Council Tax Info

A property has been acquired with vacant posession as result of a divorce settlement and charging order. There are no details available of the utility providers or bills etc and it is not currently practical to enter the property to check post. How can I find which companies provide utilites to the property?

I seem to remember not knowing who supplied utilities somewhere and I just contacted whoever I wanted to provide them and they sorted it out, they were able to find out who had been the supplier0

If you now own the property, you need to inform the Council Tax section of the council of the date you became the owner and the fact it is not yet occupied. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales1
