Deamn to speak to the person you are paying/paid for a service. Then put it to him/her in simple terms, "what is the hold-up."?
Then take it from there.
Go doen to their office if possible these outfits at times are only too interested in having lunch, play golf, fly off for a weekend break.
When we bought our first house I recall sat in the office waiting to sign the exchange of contracts and the solicitor took a call and said "let me just take this," (I was 21 almost 22 at the time and looked like a 16 year old) and then he carried on about having dinner etc and this went on for more thn 3 mins I guess and he was sniffling which wound me up more and I blurted out "sorry, can we get on please." he gave me a very dirty look and ended the call in a few seconds after that.
These people take the money like EA's and then can't be bothered.

Are you implying they shouldn't be entitled to their lunch or take holidays?
