Ticketmaster Ambulant Accessible Ticket Refund

My partner is disabled. I’m their Companion. We can’t go to the event because they’ve (finally) got a date for surgery. Ticketmaster are refusing a refund. What can I do?

Either claim on any insurance you took out for cancellation or re-sell the ticket (obviously making clear the restrictions on the ticket)
