Predicted Rates for October 22

I keep seeing figures quoted for caps set at numbers like £3000+ but for me I'd find it far more useful to see predicted costs in pence per kWh for both gas and electric so I can do my own calculations. Anyone know anywhere I can get this sort of information?

On many of these threads, try the top one where examples have been given for people of what their monthly payments might be at the predicted rates.
