Facebook Marketplace - location problem! Computersaysno.

Didn't want to make another thread but this one is pretty important as it's cost me a few sales as well as impacting on arranging times for potential buyers to collect.
So I've listed a few items on Marketplace for sale & every time on the map it has me in the next town along. I put exactly where I am in the location box & then click save or publish or whatever it is.
It seems Facebook is then ignoring this & telling buyers I live in the next town along. I've had a few saying hey can I collect <item> later on. I say no problem, post code is <this>. Then they reply with oh I thought you were in <location>, sorry I don't want to travel for it, I'll leave it.
Today I had a guy get in touch saying can he come collect at 6pm. I said yeah no problem, post code etc is <XYZ>.
He replies - sorry to mess you about but now can I come at 3pm, it said you were located in <location>. As it was, I was stopping in all day for an Amazon delivery anyway so no big deal to me.
This next town is perhaps a 10-20minute drive, depending on traffic.
Facebook is like dealing with my boss. Tell them they're wrong & they'll just ignore you & decide they're right anyway

In the 'personal details' of the actual profile, Facebook has never recognised or accepted my village (not that it bothers me for the profile, people I know on there already know where I live, but I occasionally try again just out of curiosity).
It seems the location description being wrong is a common problem in towns and villages round here, sellers having to put their actual location in the description because the map/location has said they're in the wrong place.0 -
I always start my descriptions with ‘collect from AB1 (first part of my post code) or can be posted for xx extra.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
