But it asks for a password as well? Anyone else had this and what have they put?

What I did was do it as if I was literally adding the competition to my shopping basket and then go through the payment, although it shows as zero to pay. I think the password bit was optional, for if you want it to save your information, which I didn't do - unless I'm mixing it up with another competition.
