My easy way of doing soft boiled eggs is from an old Shirley Goode book. Just place your eggs into COLD water and bring to the boil then turn off the heat and leave to stand in the hot water for 5 minutes. They are then soft boiled. They need to be peeled very gently to use in a dish but I generally only use them as boiled eggs and soldiers so no need to peel.5

Things are going aĺright. First collection from Olio today with more possibly later on tonight. I have also acquired a few jumpers from a local charity shop for work. Also had a nice date day with the DW.Mortgage free by 33 - (21/07/22 - 32 years and a bit...)
Most DIY problems can be solved by a combination of spanner, pliers, screwdriver, Allan key and a blade. (Hold it, twist it, cut it!) Very occasionally industrial language, a hammer and an adhesive may need to be added to the mix. (Curse it, hit it, patch it!)1
