The curve ball is the tide tariff, fixed rates for different times of the day.
As our household works from home so it's office/home/gym all things to all people we are fairly flexible as to when we can run appliances, cook food etc etc
Being a bit geeky with number and using our bright app 30 min sugar stats if we hadn't fixed back in April the calculations suggest we could come out at or below the current April Price Cap for our region 29.23p kwh.
Interesting thought for us come April 2024 when out current fix ends.0 -

I signed up online on Sunday. When I called they said around 14 days. When I signed up, I was emailed that they would agree a changeover date with the supplier I am currently with and then take a meter reading from me.0

No issues with my switch. I am on a variable direct debit which I am used to having done similar with previous suppliers. Never done a fixed one.0

Hope your ok bud, just wondering what you are currently deciding with the new changes from the first of October. I've currently joined GEUK on the sparkle V6 tariff but it seems the tariff is going to be more than then newly named price guarantee ' on the 1st.of Oct. Whilst I've seen Martin lewis' video about firms bringing your tariff down to that rate, I'm not sure if GEUK are doing this or not? Have you heard or looked into this?0
