You do seem to be able to come on MSE and post okay, so not really sure why you are having trouble online with BG, or are you just mentioning that other older people will suffer from not being able to consult in person, rather than online, where unfortunately everything seems to be going nowadays?
Needing a phone for a security verification is the worse of these things. I’d rather not give out my mobile phone willy nilly, as you can guarantee more spam text messages arrive as soon as you do. I also have older/younger (I’m 68) friends that don’t have or want a mobile phone. I use mine more as a portable computer rather than a phone to make calls.Paddle No 21:wave:0
