Terms and Conditions

1. All entries must be received between 9.00am on Monday 27 June 2022 and 11.59pm on Wednesday 27 July 2022.

2. Entries received after this date will not be eligible for the competition.

3. Entrants to this prize draw must visit pocruises.com/win-a-cruise to complete and submit the entry form.

4. Only one entry is accepted per person, we will accept first entry only.

5. 10 winners will be randomly selected from the valid entries received by us before the closing date.

6. Each prize is a cruise for two adults in a Balcony cabin on Iona G313 sailing from Southampton on 6 May 2023 for 7 nights and includes accommodation on board, on-board main meals (excluding speciality restaurants in which a cover charge will apply), entertainment and most facilities on board. The prize does not include travel between the winners’ home and Southampton cruise port, travel insurance, excursions, luggage fees and personal expenses including on-board spending account. The cruise is subject to P&O Cruises booking terms and conditions.

7. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their guest have valid passports and travel insurance, meet all travel requirements, and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.

8. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided by P&O Cruises.

9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.  

10. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner within 10 days or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

11. The personal information you provide to Carnival Plc trading as P&O Cruises will be processed in accordance with our privacy notice.

We will use the personal information that you provide Carnival plc trading as P&O Cruises to administer this competition. If you have chosen to receive information and offers from us, the personal information you provide will also be used for this purpose.

Where necessary, we will share personal information about you with other Carnival group companies and our suppliers, agents, sub-contractors or other commercial partners, including those outside of the EU, and will use appropriate safeguards when we do so.

12. No employees of Carnival plc or their suppliers may enter into the draw.

13. The draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

14. No bulk or third party entries accepted.

15. No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.

16. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, corrupt, wrongly delivered or not received for any reason.

17. The promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control.
