I joined the Aegon pension this year and I am contributing 5 months now. However, the first 3 months of payment is missing in transaction history.
Not easy to reach out to customer service so far, Does anyone have a similar experience??? Could this happen sometime?

Did you join recently and if so was there a probation period?

They do not have to auto-enrol you automatically for the first three months to account for short-term workers. They ought to let you know if this is the case within six weeks of starting the job with them. Although it still doesn't stop you from asking during this period to be enrolled.
Do your first three months' payslips have pension contributions deducted?0 -
I joined this company Feb 2022, and the pension is deducted from Mar 2022(can see in my payslip). So far I am paying my pension for 5 months, but only I can see June and July 2022 transaction in history as there is missing the first three months of payment.MallyGirl said:Did you join recently and if so was there a probation period?

Is it possible you are looking at the first and second payments? My workplace pension scheme takes three months to appear, from taking from my payslip to appearing in the pension history, for example. it IS with AEGON, funny enough!avocado07 said:

Edit: If all your monthly pension contributions are the same then I reckon that is most likely the case. Just three months delays.0 -

Yes, opt out period was till May 2022 and the first three months of payment from Mar 2022 to May 2022 is still not received in my pension account. Last June/July payments were updated as usual.JoeCrystal said:They do not have to auto-enrol you automatically for the first three months to account for short-term workers. I am probably in the same situation, the first three months of the period were an opt-out period time(by end of May) and from June I got first a pension. So far I received for both June/July but haven't received from Mar to May 2022. I am contributing the same amount of money since I joined my pension scheme. If you think you were the same as my situation how long does it take time to get from your experience? Thanks for reply Joe.JoeCrystal said:
