Terms and Conditions - nemo x The Wedding Present Company x Paradise Row

 

1. The Promoter is: Nemo Travel Ltd, company number 11431952, whose registered office is at 6 Ridley Road, London, England, NW10 5UA, UK. 

2. The Supplier(s) is/are: The Wedding Present Company (trading name of Wedding Presents Direct Ltd), company number is 04531550, whose registered office is at 80-82 Glentham Road, London, England SW13 9JJ; Paradise Row Ltd, company number 09722282, whose registered address office is at Unit 16 7 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7SL. 

3. The competition is open to entrants aged 18 years or over except employees of nemo, The Wedding Present Company, Paradise Row and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

4.  There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7. This competition will commence at 13:00 BST on 6th July 2022 and all entries must be received by 23:59 BST on 13th July 2022. 

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

10. The Promoter and Suppliers reserve the right to terminate, amend or extend this competition in the event of exceptional circumstances outside their control which affect their ability to operate the Competition. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The Promoter and Suppliers are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected or not connected with this competition.

12. The prize is as follows:

1. A 2-night stay for X2 PAX at Cottar’s 1920’s Safari Camp* on a full board basis with all meals included and drinks (not top shelf), X2 personalised passport covers from Paradise Row (with a value of £190) and X2 Bric’s Life Holdalls (with a value of £590).

2. Conservancy fees (Adult $116 per person per night, Child 6-17 yrs $58 per person per night) and travel to and from Cottar’s Conservation is not included in the prize and will be the responsibility of the winner.

3. The winning stay must be booked during Green Season (11th January - 31st May 2022/2023 and 1st November - 19th December 2022/2023). Additional terms and conditions may apply, please contact us for more details. 

4. This prize cannot be redeemed against any existing booking or redeemed via any third party booking channel.

5. Where a prize is provided by a Supplier, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for inaccuracy of any prize description, and The Supplier is responsible for prize fulfilment.

6. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. Winners will be chosen at random by nemo, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

14. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by @wearenemotravel, @weddingpresentco or @paradise.row accounts. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

18. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

19. To obtain details of the outcome of the competition please email sarah@nemo-travel.com stating the name of the competition in the subject heading 28 days after the closing date.

20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or any other Social Network.

Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted in to future marketing from the Promoter and/or the Supplier(s). By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion and winners consent to give their name and county for the winners' list.
