Timeshare Barclays Partner Finance

Having been bombarded recently with companies wanting to get me compensation for my Barclays Partner Finance Timeshare Azure Malta purchase in 2009, I've started looking into doing this myself.
Back story, pressured sale, couldn't really afford to pay but felt pressure to sign anyway, stupidly didnt read the paperwork and didnt take advantage of cancellation. Happy to accept beration for doing the wrong thing as long as it comes with advice on what to do now. Although I paid for the BNPL timeshare, it pushed me into a DMP which I still pay.
Last hard sell compensation company was a solicitor outfit from Europe with lots of scary stories about the new firm taking over the debts and sending round the debt collectors, As a long term DMP'er I'm pretty clued up on debt collections and it didn't frighten me, I would happily have gone with the firm and let them have 20% of any compensation, but they wanted £8-10k up front, I defo don't have that sort of money, if i did, i might be able to use the blimmin timeshare, so I politely thanked them for their time and declined.
After a bit of research on here, thought I'd have a go at getting the compensation for misselling myself. According to Barclays PF page they are supposed to be refunding but I haven't seen any of it and still at same address.
So questions are :-
1: Has anyone done their own reclaim of BPF for Azure timeshare Malta
2. What do I do about the maintenance fees outstanding and future ?
Try to keep the 'stupid' down to a dull roar, I know I was, but hoping for some helpful info.

You are being drawn in to massive scammers. Stop and contact the resort. These companies put ideas in your head that you've been missold and they can wave a magic wand and they will get you compensation. It's all total boswellocks. Even if you think you have been.
We have owned timeshare for decades and we only have to make sure all maintenance fees are up to date, to give notice to quit.
Contact your resort directly and ask how to get yourself out without these scammers taking your money. You won't get compensation because that will cost you lots and lots on top of what you are paying now.
