hi.
I'd like to remove drafts, sent, archive, junk and if possible the whole outbox section. i go back to it now and again and try again having read help pages and sometimes manage to remove the odd one here and there but even then they just appear again. any help?

You can't.Drafts is where emails are stored if you have saved them without sending them. It is useful.Sent is where all the email you have sent is stored. Can be useful if you need to check if you have indeed sent something.Outbox is where email currently in the process of being sent are stored. All email software has these folders as they are required. If you don't care about them all you can do is ignore them.0

Those are key folders. They're supposed to be there. This would happen on Thunderbird or Outlook or any other email client of choice.pfpf said:hi.

Nothing stopping you deleting your sent and received emails once finished with. Every 2/3 weeks I have a browse through and delete anything I no longer need.
