if you receive both employment and support allowance and daily living component of personal independence payment are you eligible for the &£650 cost of living payment

I'll check the full rules when I get back to the office, but I believe income based ESA is eligible, contribution based is not.💙💛 💔0

You will only receive the £650 if your ESA is Income Relate. If it's Contributions based or New style ESA then you won't be entitled. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-paymentYou will also receive the £150 in September because you're claiming PIP.
