Deposit contribution
I ordered a new car last September, in the agreed deal was a £1500 deposit contribution from Hyundai. My car is finally built and in the country after a lengthy wait however my dealer is claiming that Hyundai won’t honour the £1500 deposit contribution as it’s been over six months since the car was ordered. The dealer has absorbed some of the amount however this leaves a bit of a bad taste and I’m wondering whether I have any recourse.
