she should check all the benefits that she might be entitled to
- maybe try https://benefits-calculator.turn2us.org.uk/
or post in the benefits board on here - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories/work-benefits-business

Thanks, I have had her run through the benefits calculator, she is going to apply for anything she can as soon as she gets the letter and knows where she is with it. She may also have a tiny works pension that she half recalls paying into in her 20's(?), and she said has a lot of old payslips and tax paperwork somewhere that would show it if anything is there!MallyGirl said:she should check all the benefits that she might be entitled to

She really does need to check this out as it could affect her entitlement to income related benefits.
She could try
https://www.gov.uk/find-pension-contact-details
Or an SAR might throw up information concerning contracted out schemes.

@xylophone Thank you, she found nothing on the find pension website, hence trying to find the paperwork. The SAR was sent today (or thats what she said last night), and will come back at some point, hopefully that will show somethingCredit card debt - NIL

Did her State Pension Forecast show a COPE?0

I do not know, I have not seen it and I am not sure if she even has online access to .gov website, possibly not as she did a paper application (I have not got to pension age yet so have not been through the claiming process). Hopefully the SAR will show something when it arrivesxylophone said:Did her State Pension Forecast show a COPE?Credit card debt - NIL
