Morning all, I was up early, for me anyway, and in the sm before 8am, it was quiet and cool. It was getting busy when we were on our way out and into the heat, phew scorchio ! I helped a lady sort out the price of coffee, she was struggling to understand the per 100gms and thanked me politely for explaining it to her, so I'm polishing my halo today 👼😊 I was shocked to see some of the prices especially Lurpak 😱, not something I buy, but extortionate in IMO. There were quite a few spaces where the cheaper things should be too, I can understand why some people are worried and struggling already 😟 Right I'll get down off my soapbox.
I have put the freezer and the fresh stuff away but now I have to put away the rest, oh must I ? I have a few bits to go in the wm and I'll take the second pair of lounge curtains down to wash, the pair yesterday came up a treat and are waiting to be rehung but if it doesn't get done today it doesn't matter as we're not overlooked and we have blinds.
Hope everyone has some sun today and it's not too hot for you.
Izzy well done on the new kitchen
TA Glad that your DD has had her money and I hope she enjoys her new car. Fingers crossed she gets it today and then you can get over to the van tomorrow.
