Shell smart meter issues - will changing supplier fix it?
Comments
-
It is being reported on another forum that there are known issues with WNC communications hubs. The communications hub contains a gas proxy meter which stores such things as gas index readings. All communications hub are the responsibility of the Network provider - The DCC.
If a communications hub is the issue then changing suppliers will not help. All that suppliers can do is to issue a request that the DCC carries out a remote communications hub re-set (power off for 15 minutes).0
