'Homeserve' plumbing and drainage insurance

I had insurance with this company , had water leak coming from bathroom
to downstairs ,phoned up 'Homeserve' ,the person on the phone said they
"couldn't come for three days ! Would I like to book ? " ," it will
cost £30 " . Meanwhile house flooding . Bad joke of a company, he should be closed down.

Better to have researched the company first instead of complaining after and posting about it twice

I was with them. Boiler fan broke down. It was an acceptable claim. A date was given for repair. They noticed the insurance was coming up for renewal. They contacted me to ask if I was renewing. I said no. Lo and behold the date of repair gets cancelled numerous times by them and was slotted in after expiration of insurance.... it wouldn't be covered now they said.1
