Had my final statement from GE money last month. Because I hadn't used it recently, I now have a credit balance on my account due to its cashback scheme. Does anyone know how this gets refunded?

When I phoned them about this they said that any credit would be returned to me via way of a Cheque.

Received a cheque for the full cashback amount owing today, it arrived at around the same time the statement would normally have done anyway. Haven't had to chase them up for it.0

yep, received mine as well tonight! no problem at all, no need to ring up for it either! and i will be banking this in tomorrow , reading to splash it on my x'mas sale!!!! good luck with yours0
