You have chosen to infer that the amounts in and out were the same from what I said later, which was a seperate discussion with the call handler about me choosing to regularly move my cash into an interest-paying account ...... that was why I started that paragraph with 'Also ...'

Haha ..... I wasn't aware the Santander complaints team followed these MoneySavingExpert threads so closely !! (In fact they don't, as she confirmed to me in the call when I mentioned MSE .... Quote: ' I am aware of it but I dont read it .....')
