I'm having problems with Expedia. I booked a hotel stay for myself and my teenage son and added (in the same transaction) extras (breakfast) for which there was an additional charge.
On arrival at the hotel, we were told that only breakfast for me was booked. We paid for my son's breakfast again at the hotel but I'm struggling to get my refund from Expedia. They come up with all sorts of excuses, one contradicting another. Apparently we had no breakfast booked or maybe one or possibly two. Paid for or maybe free, included in the room price. They don't seem to be able to make up their mind. I feel like I'm trying to prove a flat-Earth believer that the Earth is round.
I would like to escalate it further. Where do I go?
I also promised them that I would leave negative feedback on every page I can find so any suggestions will be welcome

Provide them with a copy of your booking details, to clarify what was included.
I also wouldn't spam them with negative feedback, even though you made a promise to do so. Just leave one review. Any more makes you look like a lunatic and then no one will believe your version of events.0 -
What does it say on your booking confirmation?
If your booking says you had breakfast for the two of you then it’s the hotel who has overcharged you and you should take it up with them.0
