One of my wheels, that was recently refurbished, seems to a have a slow leak, around 1.5 psi a day. What's the best way to diagnose where it's coming from?

I've seen videos of people spraying soapy water on and around the valve stem and around the rim, will this show up the leak if it's so slow as mine? I have TPMS valves if that makes any difference.

Soapy water works great. I looked for a leak once.
Checked the tread, rim and valve.
Guess what, forgot to pull it forward.
    Screw in the tread, 😖
