The Notice that gives the hearing date.Is there not a paragraph something like:Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].Might be on the back. Those documents you intend to rely on are your Witness Statement and evidence.0 -

@Char27 CM has given you a link to a WS in her post above.Coupon-mad said:
No CCJ because he'd have 30 days to pay. But he could win, you know, on unclear signs/terms, I presume? What is his main case in his WS?
Show us the draft tonight, based on the one by @aphex007 (assuming we are right and he hasn't filed ' served a WS yet).

**UPDATE**
Went to court today, four others also there for the same thing. Case dismissed not enough defendants turned up to make it worth the solicitors fee so they never showed.Glad we stuck to our guns and didn’t pay them.1 -
Very good news - you won!Char27 said:**UPDATE**

Presumably the Defendants didn't all go in together...you mean there were some strangers there with hearing times either side of yours and you hung around to find out what happened to each case?
Or had the cases in fact been dismissed or discontinued before any of you arrived and you didn't even have hearings as such?
You did all ask the Judge for your wasted costs, I hope? It is too late now. Nicely done though - you saw it off!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We were told that the company will only send a solicitor for 10 or more defendants. No hearings at all judge refused any extra time so we all left. Didn’t ask about wasted costs, !!!!!!!Anyway I’m glad I found this forum and we stuck it out, these companies really do need taking to task and although it can be stressful getting everything done I’d urge everyone to keep going.0

They are being taken to task by the DLUHC.
Were you unaware, even though it's all over the forum and we need you to be ready to take part to change the law, to stop this abuse?
We NEED you! Motorists need people like you.
We sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Government Public Consultation? Coming in weeks...
We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture, as well as the DRA and roboclaim 'legals' gaslighting of people.
The Code also plans to cap most parking charges at £50. All of this needs public support!
Please come back here when it opens, and you can make sure you don't miss the Consultation:
If you are not a regular reader, to be alerted you'll need to bookmark the thread by MSE_JC at the top of the forum and enable (on your profile) email alerts for bookmarked threads.
Please go read the end of that thread now.
